About these figures

Typical means the median state-funded school in England. In the bars, the fill is this school and the black line is the typical school.
Progress 8 (how pupils did against similar pupils nationally) isn't published for 2024/25, because these pupils sat no tests at 11 during Covid.
GCSE tables: GCSE (9–1) full courses taken in 2024/25; A-level tables: GCE A levels taken in 2024/25; subjects with 5 or more entries. Small entries swing a lot from year to year.
The DfE publishes applications figures for entry to Reception and Year 7 at state schools, and this school isn't in the latest figures (it may take pupils at another age, be new, or have a different school number). The council's admissions team publishes how many applied and the furthest distance offered.
Living nearby doesn't guarantee a place. Admissions are set by the council or the school, and rules such as catchment, siblings and faith decide who gets in: check its admissions policy and how far away the last places went in recent years.
Spending per pupil mostly follows funding for deprivation, special needs and London weighting, so higher isn't the same as better. Small schools and sixth forms cost more per pupil.
