75, TIN TIN RESTAURANT, High Street, TW12 1NHThe proposal is for the complete removal of a mature chestnut tree located in a confined position between an external building wall and a commercial walk-in refrigerator. Due to the restricted location and limited available working space, the tree is proposed to be carefully dismantled and cut down to the lowest practical level, leaving a stump of approximately 0.5 metres above ground level. Spotted when a home's energy certificate shows at least 15 m² (and 15%) more floor area than an earlier one. Only homes with two certificates show up, so the real number is higher. A busy street suggests extensions get permission here; check the council's planning register for the details.
